All turnaround times are approximate and will be updated once the project has been evaluated.

Turnaround times may vary based on availability and current project queue.

Combination devices count as 2 devices. Ex. Smoke and Co detector requires both SLC and Power, Panel calcs and Battery Calcs, panel riser diagram, power supply diagram.

Dual monitor modules are still considered a single device.

High Rise Designs upon quote request only.

Typical High Rise quotes average at $500 per floor for a standard voice evacuation system.

NOTE: Watermarked PDFs are returned until fee payment has been made. Upon payment print ready PDFs are returned for AHJ submittal. IGNIS does not provide hard copies of designs. Any plans rejected by the AHJ for code discrepancies that where due to design oversite will be corrected and returned at no cost. Any changes made due to information not made available to IGNIS can be made for additional cost. All drawings must be signed by a registered APS prior to submittal.

Revised drawings: 50% design fee typical. Small changes will be rated at 25% of original design fee.

Additional Services:

PDF to .dwg conversions

$100 per PDF. .dwg files will be cleaned and made ready for design.

Sales Take-Offs:

$200 per project up too 50,000 sq.ft.. Additional $50 per floor over two stories and per 5,000 sq. ft. after the initial 50,000.

High Rise Take-Offs available on request for quote.

Note: All take offs include pdfs with symbols and quantities per pdf. An excel sheet with device quantities and model numbers. A company specific quantity list can be provided if supplied.

Any IGNIS supplied take-off receives 20% discount on design fee.

APS Signature:

$200 per ACR renewal.

Ignis can sign drawings once registered under the requesting company. Without registration it is the responsibility of the contractor to provide in-house signatures for city submittals.

Expedited Design:

No expedition for projects under 50 devices or for High Rise buildings.

Projects 51-100 can be expedited for ½ design fee.

Projects 10+ can be expedited for double the design fee on request of quote.

System Close-Outs:

For systems not designed by Ignis: Quote upon request. $150 minimum.

For systems designed by Ignis: 25% Design Fee. Contractor must provide scanned field drawings, or field marked pdf’s showing changes of installation.

Note: Closeouts include record drawings, updated system calculations, and operations and maintenance manual.

Note:

Invoice payment is due upon receipt. After 7 days past due any current or future projects will be on hold until any outstanding invoices are brought current.

Checks are not currently accepted for invoice payment.
